No Refund Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
All payments to Cheryl are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
14-Day Free Trial
To help you evaluate the Service, every new organization receives a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to begin a trial. We strongly encourage you to test the Service thoroughly during your trial period before subscribing.
What is non-refundable
- Monthly subscription fees ($29.99/month).
- Yearly subscription fees ($329.89/year).
- Partial months or unused portions of a billing period after cancellation.
- Charges incurred while an account was active but underutilized.
- Charges resulting from failure to cancel before the trial-end date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; it does not trigger a refund of fees already paid. After cancellation, you retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period.
Failed payments
If a renewal charge fails, your subscription enters a "past due" state and access may be suspended until payment is updated. We do not refund prior periods because of payment failures.
Exceptional circumstances
Refunds are issued only where required by applicable consumer-protection law. If you believe your circumstances qualify, contact the operator of your Cheryl instance with details and we will respond in good faith.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback rather than contacting us first may result in immediate suspension of your account. Please reach out before disputing a charge — we are happy to help resolve issues.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your most recent payment governs that payment.
