1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing to, or otherwise using Cheryl ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our policies, including the No Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. The Service

Cheryl is a customer relationship management (CRM) platform for animal humane societies, animal control agencies, vets, donors, and adopters. The Service is provided on a subscription basis after a 14-day free trial.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

• Monthly plan: $29.99 per month, charged each month until canceled.
• Yearly plan: $329.89 per year, charged annually until canceled.
• A 14-day free trial is offered to new organizations. At the end of the trial, the chosen plan begins billing automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
• You authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access to the Service continues until that date.

5. No Refunds

All sales are final. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Please review our No Refund Policy for details before subscribing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: unauthorized access to other organizations' data, transmitting malicious code, infringing on the rights of others, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Data & Privacy

Each subscribing organization owns the data it enters into the Service. We will not sell or disclose your data to third parties except as required by law or to operate the Service (e.g., payment processing, infrastructure providers). You are responsible for the lawfulness of the personal data you enter, including data about adopters, donors, volunteers, and animals.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or otherwise endanger the Service or its other users.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
